Based on 4,000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a foot reflexology massage at East Holistic Reflexology combines Chinese Qi meridian methodology, acupressure, pressure point therapy, and Chinese herbal detox into one holistic massage that increases circulation and rebalances the body's energy system.

Your foot reflexology massage starts with soaking your feet in hot water infused with 100% Chinese herbs for detox. As you soak, the toxins are drawn out through your feet and ankles. While you soak, you will experience a head, neck, shoulder, back, and hands massage. Once the toxins are drawn out, your feet will be dried, and our therapist will apply a healing foot reflexology massage. A Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal tea is also served.

I have been getting a one-hour full-body massage from Tina of East Holistic Reflexolgy every 2 weeks for about a year now. She gives an absolutely fantastic therapeutic deep-tissue massage using both Chinese and western techniques. Can't beat the price either ($49/hr).
